The Future Looks Bright

We are here to walk with you as you look to meet the needs of your community through your programming. ​Our team is experienced in all aspects of program evaluation and development. We are able to work with you on:

• Communication Plans - collaborating with all stakeholders to listen and amplify their voices and engage them from the very beginning. We believe those most impacted by the program should be heard in the program development.

• Scope - defining boundaries and objective of the program, helping your team to understand the time, cost and capacity needed and working on capacity building as needed.

• Design - identifying the important components that will meet your communities needs and working with you to design the models that will be most effective within your scope. 

• Budget - clearly defining goals and needs and the cost associated, again working on capacity building with you as needed.

• Evaluation - defining what success means for your team and program and the most effective and efficient ways to monitor and evaluate both qualitatively and quantitively.

Past Projects:

In 2015, Restorative Encounters team, Barbie and Michael, had the pleasure of hosting a two day training and strategic planning session with St. Andrew’s UCC in Perkasie, Pennsylvania as the congregation was interested in seeing how they could best support veterans in their area. From that came the creation of COMPASS Welcoming - Touchstone Veterans Outreach - (Circles Offering Mindful Participation and Safe Spaces). COMPASS meets monthly to support veteran and strong hearts (their supporters). Since its inceptions the program has been adopted Touchstone Veterans Outreach and Veterans Community Network, along with several other congregations throughout the region.
